I was struggling to find a professional and responsive company until I contacted Emergency Restoration Specialist.
David was exceptional as he walked me through the exact process and I could always get him on phone, which is surprising because he is the owner.... Very Responsive!!!!!
The Crew did an amazing job of setting up containment only where it is needed and they were very empathetic towards any inconvenience that may have been caused. In fact, they went out of their way to ensure that we have a working kitchen before the weekend.
It is without any hesitancy that I recommend these guys to family, friends and others who ask.

As a woman dealing with a flood and mold, there is a tendency not to be respected and to be take advantage of, but that wasn't the case. I was able to call any time of the day, or even weekends, and get answers. Your team worked with me and allowed me to fix mold damage and dry out my home when it flooded.
