Restoration HQ did a wonderful job restoring our office after heavy rain pour roof drain failed and found it's way draining into our lobby. Drywall repair, trim and paint + hanging ceiling restore are all recovered as if nothing every happened. Fast, professional and courteous. Shout out to David and Rolando for they excellent work.

I am an American Veteran, I am saddened that I sacrificed and fought for the continued business/personal treatment that I received from the agents of this company. I was offered no info or suggestions as to how to navigate this incident better.ie., (just turn water off to water tank, not entire house) workers spent less than 8 hours on project over 4 times comin to my home. Additionally ,equipment was kept at my home several days due to the agents previous engagements. and now I am being told I owe $6616.00 with no presentation of bill itemized or otherwise, to boot the general contractor recommended by the agents also refuse to present me with estimation of cost or bill. I emailed the Arizona Restoration Company from their website with concerns and as of this post (nearly a week later) i have not heard anything. I strongly suggest that if you are not of a certain demographic, do not subject yourself to the less than treatment and service stated in their written advertisement. I want to offer my sincerest and utmost apologies to RESTORATIONHQ, LLC for the negative review I unintentionally left on their site. My review is intended for Arizona Restoration Services, I was on google and typed to get Arizona Restoration headquarters contact information, and was erroneously led to RestorationHQ. Again my apologies for the mistake RestorationHQ,if you could please forward this review to Arizona Restoration.

Restoration HQ has worked with 2 of our clients. First situation was a palm tree removal from a roof... The other was water remediation. Our clients were very pleased with the service they received. It is very important to be able to rely on a restoration company when you are working with insurance claims. Thank you Restoration HQ!!

My experience with this company was terrible. Due to incompetence on the part of the city of Peoria’s Sewer department sewage backed up through the toilet in my first floor bathroom. I was relieved that they could get a tech out to clean it up within just a couple of hours. That sense of relief would soon pass. First they used our face clothes to dry up the contaminated water. Than used them to prop up their equipment. Pretty gross. The left their Dehumidifier and blower going in there overnight with the promise of returning in 24 hours to retrieve it and finish cleaning. Although I fit the appointment into my schedule they did not return as promised. After waiting a couple of hours I called them and we reset the appointment for this morning. Although they showed up on time, this time, they did not properly finish the job. They did nothing to clean the contamination on the floor. No anti microbial and there was visible waste left behind. I would not recommend this company. Lots of options in the valley when it comes to restoration.

I have used RHQ for years. Very fast response time, knowledgeable staff, and personal involvement from Business Development staff and Account Managers. Sergei the owner is extremely well-versed in the technical nuances of this field and always available when needed.
