Lyndon Bui5 StarI had a great experience with Square One after coming home to a flooded bathroom due to an upstairs leak. They answer the phone 24/7 and provide excellent service. Bob and Evan came on time and were both thorough and efficient with their evaluation. They have great equipment to help them and were friendly/helpful throughout the whole process. They were quick to help out, immediately taking out wet floor pads and setting up a de-humidifier even before they were able to start the actual demolition. Bob and Evan were awesome to work with. Brendan Michaud5 StarHighly Recommend!!! We had a toilet leak that caused damage in the ceiling above our kitchen, gross! Getting a hold of Square One was easy and Ryan alleviated all concerns I had over the phone. The very next day Bob from Square One repaired and cleaned our damaged ceiling, all while walking me through the steps he'd take to ensure any and all mold/toilet matter was removed. Bob even remembered to call when he arrived, as our baby was sleeping and we were looking to avoid additional chaos. I was so grateful to have the team tape up the hole in our ceiling and set up fans/dehumidifiers immediately, even though our scheduled appointment for demo was a few days later.
