Jake and his crew are remarkable. We had a pipe burst in our ceiling a few days before Christmas and we had family in town. I’m so glad we called them because he and his crew took care of it all so fast and our holiday and family time wasn’t ruined. The got the leak stopped, did the necessary demo and the dry out so quick. They navigated through Christmas decorations, kids, toys and a busy house and did it all with grace and cleanliness. He took care of working with our insurance adjuster. She’s told me a couple times how much she appreciates his communication and honesty. Things are going great. Glad we called Zane’s. He was recommended to us from another friend who worked with them with their hot water heater leak. They had similar positive experiences. We’re glad to be working with Jake on our remodel now. Thanks Zane’s Restoration!

My house flooded as a result of my toilet breaking. Damaged two bedrooms, bathroom, two hallways, and a den. Needless to say, I was very distraught as I was out of the state when it happened. My house is only two years old and I was nervous the quality of repair would not match that of a brand new home. Zane’s restoration is connected somehow to the mitigation company I worked with. Since the mitigation company did a good job, I trusted their recommendation to go with Zanes ‘s restoration. Miguel did all of the baseboards, painting, and drywall. He went above and beyond, and even used the rest of the leftover paint to cover another wall not included in the damage. A company came and did my carpets all in one day! They did a great job. Kennedy in the office was great, she always responded when I called. Jake always addressed my concerns, even when I had a concern about my tile. I can’t say enough good things about this company and their professionalism. They even were able to fit me in quickly as I was having a family reunion. You will not be disappointed, they went above and beyond for me. Thanks, guys!!

Zane’s Restoration is top notch! Within 10 minutes of a phone call, Jake was already in our home assessing a leak from one of our bathrooms upstairs. Problem was solved, and all repairs completed. Very grateful for Jake and his team, their customer service, and quick response time. Jake was meticulous and definitely left our home better than he found it I would highly recommend them to anyone!!

Best company I have ever done business with. My calls or texts were answered within 30 minutes. Every one who worked on this project was more than friendly and nice. Jake was amazing to work with! He helped us out with restoration after a flood. He communicated with us every step of the way and always followed up with us to make sure we knew where our project stood. He worked with our insurance adjuster (who was not easy to work with) and made sure the job was completed promptly and in budget. He checked every detail to ensure our satisfaction. We would hands down recommend Jake and Zane’s Restoration to everyone!
